GW 29 kicks off with Friday night action as Empoli host high flyers Bologna in what proves to be a good game.

Empoli will be looking to move further into the safety at the bottom of the Serie A as they sit just one point above the drop zone in 17th. Bologna will be looking to walk away with all 3 points against a weaker side as they look to continue to carry on their outstanding season and solidify their European dream with a win.

Empoli have been in poor form at home, failing to win their last 3 home matches and have failed to score in 6 of their last 10 home fixtures. Bologna, who sit in 4th, will be looking to capitalise on this poor form. As they have won 4 of their last 5 games in the Serie A- losing only to league leaders Inter Milan

Last time out Bologna cruised to a 3-0 win at home to Empoli and will be looking to do the same again. However Bologna have never won away against Empoli and will be looking to change that tomorrow.

Keep an eye out for Ricardo Orsolini who has scored more Serie A goals against Empoli (5) than any other team. Scoring a hat trick in the reverse fixture earlier this season. Bologna may see this fixture as a chance to rest some key players.

If Empoli are to take something away from this fixture they will be reliant on M’baye Niang who is likely to lead the line. Empoli have looked poor offensively since losing young star Tommaso Baldanzi in January to AS Roma, having failed to score in their last 2.

The game will be shown in the UK on TNT Sports from 19:00 Friday 15th.
